Donate to receive the 2008 Komen Card

Komen Card donation instructions:

1.) Please go to Donate for 2008 Komen Card

2.) Under Gift Amount in USD, enter a minimum donation of $50.00

3.) Under the Program Area, select Komen Card from the the Program pull down menu

Please finish the remaining details of the donation form and you will be on your way to receiving your 2008 Komen Card!
